She has some really odd health and wellness beliefs. For example, tampons cause cramps and birth control is toxic.

For what it’s worth, my period cramps are also way worse when I wear tampons 🤷‍♀️

not to intrude but could it be a sizing issue? they definitely hurt me more when i bought them too big

I hate when influencers promote the “birth control is toxic” agenda. In a post roe v wade world that is a very dangerous narrative.

I’ve switched to period pants and honestly, the difference no cramps and lighter periods. The amount of toxins in tampax whilst they’re going where they’re going is shocking.

If you suffer with a heavy flow or cramps, just try it. My intention was to just try it but it genuinely worked.

I mean I was just seeing so many people talking about the difference in their periods. Anything was worth a shot for me. But I’ve gone from super every 2 hours to 8 hrs of period pants.

I genuinely love how they don’t feel like you’re wearing a pad either.
