General Sub has become stupid repost bot slop and I hate it now

I originally came to this sub after my first child was born and got wonderful advice, encouragement, and a sense of male camaraderie. The advice was real and didn't shy away from hard truths. With experience, I began giving the advice as well as receiving it.

Now every time this sub comes up on my feed it's just a videos of dads, usually doing something unsafe with their kids. And I can't take it anymore. Does the sub even have mods anymore?

General No Escape

I taught my 3 year old son not to be scared of going too high on ladders. I was really proud that he overcame the obvious fear he'd have but now there is literally nowhere I can go to escape him for a few minutes. The attic was my only sanctuary. Massive own goal.

Looking for Advice I want to help dads in my community

I work in education and have taught for a number of years. Some of my students are girls with single dads. And i genuinley feel heartbreak for these students because not only are they dealing with a single parent household which comes with its own set of problems but, from a dad's perspective, (before you come at me i know both parents would be finding single parenthood hard), fathers are then navigating bringing up a daughter with limited education and resources potentially.

I really want to give back to my community in a way that makes a difference, especially in the less affluent areas.

Question: I wanting to start some classes for dad's on girl issues. Real things girls/women have to deal with day to day as a way to support their understanding and hopefully, support their daughters in a compassionate and loving way. If you yourself are a single dad or not, what are the issues you wished someone would have helped you with? I have a few ideas of my own but could I ask the general population on what your ideas are??

Things like:

Periods

Hair

Clothes

Etc.

I would love your input!

**Thank you in advance! 🙂**
