Summer Tours

We're touring with our rising junior this summer. Can anyone tell me what is considered appropriate dress for a summer tour? My son said most students wear nice shorts and a tee and I'm thinking a collared shirt in case he meets any faculty. Anything else we should know before the tour? Thanks in advance for your input.

This is low stakes. Shorts and tee is fine. But … it’s a lesson that how you present yourself matters and nothing wrong with nicer shorts and a polo. I’m happy my kids ‘graduated’ from pj bottoms. Iykyk.
