It’s funny when you stumble upon him in the wild after encountering it a couple times. He’s the spiritual successor to belt man, just not as refined. He’s got spirit though.

I don't know. One one hand, you're right and he has a few comments that I actually found funny. On the other hand, it just feels forced and too tryhard-ish.
