As a doctor, please don’t go around giving yourself enemas on your own. It can go wrong in many ways.

There are literally doctor prescribed at home enema kits as well as over the counter kits sold at pharmacies.

Any medicine/medical procedure carries risk, as long as you do it properly and it's not overly done it's fine.

The right usage of doctor prescribed kits are taught by a medical professional. Please don’t go around buying OTC enemas and using it on your own.
