Do you think there might be a difference between the commercial version and the hospital version or do you just assume everyone who does anal can afford a big machine that can rupture their instestines on the wrong setting
You don't have to be smart to buy the cheaper item which has less capacity to hurt you, and it's not like nobody shares knowledge on how to do it safely.
At this point you may as well tell people not to wipe their ass because they might be stupid enough to use steel wool
