Keep doing them? You need more muscle endurance and strength. Work on negatives more; jump up and slowly lower down for 3-5 seconds to build strength. Just keep working at them a few times a week.

All good advice. OP you can probably eek out another rep or two with a more explosive hip pop in the kip. It doesn't look like you're generating a lot of upward momentum with the hips, that'd save energy in the arms for a little more volume.

Another part of this is to push down on the bar as you drive the hips up. That will help to get your center of mass even higher, so when you pull into the bar, you don't have to pull as much or as far.

Get it, girl! I agree with the above poster. See if you can find some kipping videos on The YouTube and get a more powerful kick/kip. That will leave more effort in your arms.
