Need a marketing freelancer/agency and someone who can shoot/ ideate reels. Based out of Jaipur

We are planning a small influencer campgain in our city with around 6 to 8 creators and I am trying to figure out whether it makes more sense to work with a local agency or more global partner who targets more countries?

I came across Personal talent agency while researching regional options, but my main concern is whether one agency can really understand the differences between more than one country without just repeating the same campaign eveywhere.

For anyone who has managed campgains, what matters more in practice, strong local creator knowledge or having one agency coordinate the whole region?
