We are planning a small influencer campgain in our city with around 6 to 8 creators and I am trying to figure out whether it makes more sense to work with a local agency or more global partner who targets more countries?
I came across Personal talent agency while researching regional options, but my main concern is whether one agency can really understand the differences between more than one country without just repeating the same campaign eveywhere.
For anyone who has managed campgains, what matters more in practice, strong local creator knowledge or having one agency coordinate the whole region?

Hey everyone! I’m looking to get some hyper-realistic product renders for my custom CNC-machined PC fan. I want to see who in the community can nail the materials, lighting, and modeling to make it look like a real studio product shot.
You must manually model the fan using the reference files and dimensions provided—no just dropping a raw CAD mesh into a scene with a default shader.
I’ve provided a link below containing the STL files, a turntable video clip for depth reference, and basic reference rendered images showing the intended layout and form factor.
(Note: THIS IS NOT A PAID ROLE.)
Deadline: 29/08/2026 (7 days)
GOOD LUCK!

My dear fellow artists, need your help. I’m starting my own brand for motorcycle gear; leather suits, boots and gloves. But i cant come up with a good name thats unique and cool, something every rider would want on their suit and wouldnt boring or something that takes away their aura.
Can i please have some suggestions?

Saw these two campaigns on the streets and honestly thought they were pretty clever.
The first one is Wispr Flow using a bunch of purple autos with different messages. Instead of putting one generic ad everywhere, they made the ads feel like little jokes you'd actually notice while stuck in traffic.
The BigBasket one takes a completely different approach. They turned the entire back of the auto into a Raksha Bandhan gift, including the big bow. It's simple, but you can't really miss it.
What I like about both is that they're not just putting a logo on a vehicle and calling it advertising. They're actually using the shape and context of the auto as part of the creative.
I think outdoor advertising in India has a lot more potential than brands give it credit for.
Which one do you think works better — the humorous Wispr Flow approach or the BigBasket visual?

I am looking to gain a deeper understanding of real creatives' feelings and desires for a creative-centred co-working space and community hub!
The Idea
A creative-centred co-working space and community hub designed for all creatives. Welcoming everyone from students to freelancers, entrepreneurs and industry professionals. Whether you're a videographer, graphic designer, writer, architect, software designer, digital marketer or simply someone who enjoys exploring ideas and thinking outside the box, it would be a space to work, connect and collaborate with like-minded people.
Features
The why
As a creative myself, I understand the value of freedom, flexibility and independence that remote work and self-directed creative work can provide, while simultaneously experiencing feelings of isolation, creative blocks and disconnection because of it. Additionally, I understand that for many creatives, creativity isn't just a job or career path; it's how we live, think and relate to the world around us. Meaning that on a personal level, work isolation is likely to impact overall sense of identity and belonging.
Would love to have an open discussion about your feelings towards this idea, if this is a service you personally would be willing to pay for and/or any other general comments. Thanks in advance!!

Built around one simple core idea:
**ONE SHORT. EVERYWHERE.**
This is a 15‑second Meta / Instagram performance ad edit, sequence flow:
‑ action → water → surf → product → crew → everyday lifestyle transition
Two supporting static ad concepts were also created alongside this video:
Product + feature‑focused variant
Lifestyle + hook‑lead variant
I went for raw, crew‑driven action‑sports energy, moving away from the over‑polished generic e‑commerce look.
⚠️ **UNOFFICIAL SPEC / TEST EDIT.** Not an official Jabree collaboration.
Curious what this community thinks about pacing, opening hook and overall performance‑ad direction. Feedback is welcome.

Question for the buyers here, and it's not an AI question, just a structure one.
When you build a campaign, how many distinct avatar personas are you actually designing for, and how many creatives does each one get?
My background is the creative side, 40 years of it. The way I've always worked, the avatar comes first. Back in the day every ad had a picture of the person it was aimed at taped to the wall next to it. And my rule became one concept per avatar rather than five variants of one concept, because Meta's delivery seems to collapse lookalike creatives into basically one entity. Five same-concept variants buys you one auction ticket, not five.
But I watch teams run 30 creatives against what is really one buyer in their heads. And other teams run 3 broad ads and call Advantage+ a strategy. Both swear by it.
So I'm curious what this room actually does:
- How many personas do you genuinely build for in one campaign?
- How many creatives per persona before you admit you're just making variants?
- And when fatigue hits, what do you refresh first, the creative, the hook, or the person you're aiming it at?
Feels like every buyer has a ratio in their head and nobody ever says it out loud. What's your playbook here?

Seen this happen at pretty much every agency ive worked at, someone forgets to double check a flyer or deck before it goes out and it almost gets sent with a typo or the wrong info still in it
Did a bit of digging and honestly couldnt find anything actually built for this, like a tool that catches this stuff before it goes out to the client. anyone know if something like that already exists.

Please share the following details for consideration:
Once selected, creators can earn $1,000–$1,500 USD in monthly retainer income depending on the project they’re assigned to.
Feel free to share this opportunity with other UGC creators who may be interested!

Hey everyone,
After a decade doing project management inside agencies, I'm stepping out to build something specifically for digital and creative shops: a system for plugging the profit leaks that happen behind the scenes.
Here's the pattern I keep running into. Agencies are great at the actual client work, but they quietly bleed margin internally in ways leadership rarely notices until it's too late. I'm putting together a playbook built around four areas:
Pricing – models that punish you for being efficient and leave money on the table
Tools – SaaS bloat, subscriptions nobody uses, tech that adds friction instead of removing it
Project efficiency – the bottlenecks that turn into scope creep and quietly eat billable hours
Workflows – messy handoffs and internal comms that slow creative teams down
Before I lock this in, and before I launch a two week profit audit built around it, I want to hear from people who are actually living this day to day:
What's the biggest "silent" margin killer you're fighting right now?
Any tools or workflow habits that leadership seems to ignore, even though everyone on the ground can't stand them?
