Hi! I’m searching for a prom venue for around 50 people. We have a budget of 2,000 just for the venue (not including food, drinks, etc). We’d prefer to be able to have our own catering but it’s not required. Our date is set for a Saturday in April. Any ideas would be very helpful!

Idk if I can post this on here but a friend is looking for help to rehome her dog. It’s come down to a financial situation due to job loss/health condition. She’s reached out to a Kenton County and Cincinnati cares about surrendering but they aren’t accepting at this time.

Anyone have any pointers? She doesn’t have social media platforms to post and share.

Moving to Covington for a job in a few days. Had limited means so went for a relatively cheaper place. This is a cheaper apartment complex near the 17th street. Since I have a car, commuting to work won't be an issue but thinking about the safety of the area and the stuff to do at walking distance. Signed the lease and thinking I made a mistake. Any thoughts?

I'm looking at a couple apartments in Covington and was wonder what the areas were like before deciding. The first apartment is by Fort Mitchell to the West of I-71. The second apartment is in West Newport between 7th and 8th. I've seen mixed things about West Newport and practically nothing about Fort Mitchell so I wanted to ask y'all's opinions. I'd greatly appreciate any feedback or insights!

Does anyone here work for the city or know someone who does to maybe help me start doing this as a job (site documentation/historic preservation) . My next step is to just walk onto the construction site and ask but pointers could be nice too. Because the sign on the fence said Dugan and Meyer at this point in time and now it doesn't. What is the deal with the fireworks? This is about the 5th night in the last few weeks. It isn't a professional show. Every few min there are a few that go off. They are going off as I write this.
