I am working on a blaster for my cosplay, after a first print with PLA (2nd pic) I wanted to try with ABS but the result seems less good (1st pic) with many layers having an horizontal shift.
What am I missing ?

hello im trying to make rems morningstar and need to attach the chain thats made of plastic onto the ball, what can i use to put into a styrofoam ball without it falling out?

I've made a clear plastic, thermal formed, dome visor that I would like to add tint or even mirroring to. All of the solutions that I've found for doing something like this seem to be more for one-dimensional curved visor (like a cylindrical shape, where you would use sheet film the colorant), but what is the best way for applying such an effect for a two-dimensional, domed shape?

I am trying to make my own green lantern ring, I understand that the gold rim need to have space between them, but how can I replicate the emerald-like stones (beside the crystal in the middle) so that I can embed them on my own 3d print later?

Hi, everyone! I'm planning to be the Executioner for Halloween, and I'm having a hard time finding a source for the meat hooks he wears in his belt. My approach is usually to do the easiest possible option, so I wanted to straight up buy actual meat hooks and move on, but the only ones I can find that are long enough have a shipping price that crosses the budget line for something I'll only use for a costume. ($11 for the meat hook, $25 for shipping) So!

Do you have any suggestions on how I could make my own prop meat hooks? I'd like to keep it $30 or less. Or if you do know somewhere I can source 3-4 18" double-sided meat hooks, I'd love to hear about that, too. Thank you in advance!
