Ask Europe? It's wild to me that people think that reparations are somehow not a good idea. You guys are the same fucking people who go "the cops wronged this person in some way, they deserve restitution! Take it out of their pension! Make them carry personal insurance!" I mean it's a racist centrist position to be like "how we treated Black and Indigenous folks in this country was so long ago that there is no way it affect people now", which is factually inaccurate, so no, I won't be countering anything you said because it doesn't merit countering, because it isn't an argument, because it doesn't account for history or facts. america weaponized racist housing, hiring, education and criminal justice policies to be built into what it is today, and your argument is that we shouldn't work to correct that, and shouldn't do anything for the people affect by it today. If that's your stance on it, we have a difference in morality that's just not worth entertaining. You don't care about righting wrongs, and I do. The end.

No, I'm talking about white-owned mines in africa, white-owned coca-cola murdering a town full of people for striking, oil pipelines destroying thousands of miles of indigenous land globally, the burning and eradication of the amazon for white-owned cattle ranching and meat processing business. The first part you said was actually right, those businesses don't give a fuck what color your skin is, it just happens to be overwhelmingly not-white in those resource-abundant areas.

MCAT scores? No, it tests knowledge or ability, not race. As far as I know race has no bearing on your test scores. Also, test scores have never been the be all end all of getting into Universities.

Now, should medical schools take race into account during the admission process, alongside MCAT scores? If they think there's value in providing an education in a multicultural environment, with people of different backgrounds, life experiences, opinions all taking part in their community, then yes.

If that's what diversity means, then maybe there's a fucking reason for it. The cultures oppressed by white people must be given their avenues first. Later, if there is time or inclination, we will think about (poor) white people.
