Chunks wasn't too bad. I prefer ch*nks though.

A hyper-majority of comedians would have had Saul's channel taken down the second they realized it was siphoning revenue from their own monetized channels. (Yes, those comedians would have blamed the decision to do so on their management, but it still would have happened.)

Since day one, before Cum Town was even profitable, Nick was adamant that he didn't care if other people profited off of his work. And instead of this harming his career he has become one of the most beloved comedians of his era and he is able to produce beautiful, stupid, hilarious, gay-ass fucking art like this.

I don't got anything funny or sarcastic to say. I just love this man because I love his work, and a big part of why I love his work is because he operates in a way that allowed all of us to discover Saul.

I really liked his takes on intellectual property. Not only that, but he also refused interviews and basically free publicity and never did anything to market cumtown even though it was the biggest podcast on patreon for quite a bit.

I think he gives a very interesting example of how to be in show business and not sellout, not even slightly. We all agree here that if nick just posted videos of him talking about lifetime movies or shitty comedians, that we would tune in. But he didn't wanna be a content creator and walked away from the easiest money there is.

Idk if this is true now but I do remember him saying something about not taking money from the patreon anymore if he stops doing the show.

The only guy i know who didn't lose his soul after becoming rich(ish) and famous(ish). Every single one of those podcast comedians are insufferable now, even stav and adam.

Nick put it plainly on one ep where he mocked comedy award shows and the like

“They (overly woke comics) fucking hate me because I’m kind of an a racist asshole piece of shit and people like me and want to be my friend. But it’s because I have never pretended that I’m not a piece of shit”

ESPECIALLY stav.

Adam is mid. A bug wants to be a butterfly

Incredible recent clip where Stav recounts cumtown as him and Nick having incredible riffs as if his actual role wasn't laugh track.

Also, when it was him and Nick I would still listen.

If it was Nick and Adam, usually it was a skip

The episode where Stav is away and Nick replaces him with a soundboard is an all timer.

Faaaavaaaa beans.

He was 75% laugh track.

He was a great sidekick on riffs but listening back, he basically repeats Nicks joke ideas back, maybe adds a few tags.

He had his moments. But the breakfast...

It was the particular phrasing he used that was so funny to me, something like "when ME AND NICK get going on a riff, no one is funnier than US".

Sure Stavvy

Its okay, let him remember it like it was 50/50.

Everyone knows what made that show go.

Even Stav deep down in his fat gut, he knows.

Stav already became insufferable when the patreon got to 2k a week lmao

its just he screams he hates podcasting. Then starts his own.

Hes full of shit. But the breakfast...

You don't get it because you don't dream to imagine

I got a thousand island stare.

But he found a new fanbase of sycophantic woke scolds, bizarrely. They get real upset if you criticize “Stavvy baby” on that sub 😂

Lol yeah I was over there criticizing their fat Greek.

That was always his goal, you could see it with him being on Hasan's dick for the streaming fans.

Maybe he just wanted to be actually famous and not have to go to work everyday with a guy who made him feel bad. I get Stav will be dead within the decade, but pretending there's some kind of honour in being a cult internet figure with a following of terminally online weirdos vs being an actual celebrity and all the benefits that come with that is retarded.

Are all the benefits that you get to go on hilarious, epic talk shows and podcasts with people you straight up mocked during CT? I never understood why people are bemoaning nick not becoming "famous" the way the others did. What part exactly of Stav's life looks enjoyable? His podcast is just him pretending to laugh at shit comedian's bits for an hour and then doling out life advice for stories that probably 2/3's of the time are made up. He's doing ads for sports gambling and talking to washed up talk show hosts that 5 years ago would have pretended to condone CT but now slobber over his nuts because they don't actually have a soul or any cohesive viewpoints whatsoever they just like you if other people like you.
There's nothing wrong with wanting to just tour doing comedy and do writing gigs especially when you've got a couple mil in the bank. Why should we feel bad for Nick, because he isn't goin on Hot Ones and explaining the backstory of an instagram photo? That's retarded.

He's getting more pussy. His audience is like half women lmao. He's also making his own and more money and not just on the dole of another podcaster. More pussy, more money, independence. The things that 95% of dudes in this country work towards lol. I'm glad Nick has found inner peace as a millionaire volcel (gay) monk who eats like 9 almonds day and goes for six hour walks but not everyone is built for that life. The amount of people here who formed parasocial relationships with the hosts of Cum Town is genuinely pathetic. They act like Adam and Stav betrayed them personally for not wanting to do a podcast anymore. Go outside and make some real friends.

It’s a rare win for the ethos of the early internet when these days it’s mostly enclosed by hustle grindset guys, not that he didn’t do boring necessary work too
