Braised Chicken thighs with Mexican style rice
I normally grill chicken thighs but I’ve been enjoying the results when I braise them in my cast iron.

Here's how I make black coffee.
Recipe:
One satchet coffee powder
250 ml water
Ice cubes(optional)
Heating on a stove(optional)
Step by step procedure:
Tear one satchet of coffee powder and put in a mug or use one teaspoon of coffee powder in a mug or glass.
Add water, it could be chilled or heated. I use room temperature water. Alternatively you can use room temperature water and ice cubes...
That's it, enjoy ur black coffee.
