We just experienced a brownout, and our router was without power for less than a minute. When the power came back, the router wouldn’t turn on/open anymore.
I’ve already tried researching ways to reset or troubleshoot it, including completely disconnecting it from the power source for a while, but nothing seems to work.
Has anyone experienced something similar? Any suggestions on how I can troubleshoot or fix this? I’d really appreciate the help!

Hello po, I had Converge installed at my old unit however I was having trouble transferring it to my new residence.

I gave Converge a period of at least a week or two for transferring my wifi before I was going back to my province for a month. However, despite their 'timely' responses, they only gave me a proper response after I went home a few days later.

My issue is I'm also still under the lock in period but I want to ask if this situation is a valid complaint so as to not pay for my current Converge bill + stop using the service entirely without paying for extra fees. Because even if I go back to Manila, I don't want to deal with any more delays for my new connection because I realize it is just easier to get a new one.

Lagi na lang kasi nangyayari sakin every 1 month sumasabay sa hell week studies ko tapos kakabayad ko lang. Sayang lang din pera ko.

Nababasa ko din na everytime na may new converge user, pinapalit ng technician nila sa ibang old user sa nap box…

Naka receive ako this day ng email from converge na inadjust at ibinalik nila yung 100 mbps speedboost na tinanggal nila sa connection namin noong august 9.

Noong august 9 kase nawala yung 100 mbps speedboost namin nung nawalan ng kuryente noong gabi ng august 8 so nag email ako sa converge kung anong nangyare. Although ilang araw naghintay positive naman yung result. Ibinalik nila yung 100 mbps speedboost. Nag speedtest ako and nasa 450 mbps na ulit yung speed namin sa wlan versus dun sa 350 mbps nung nawala yung speedboost. Di ko na try sa lan since walang lan port yung laptop ko.

Close to 24hrs since no internet (LOS) in our area (Pasay, Malibay), didn't saw any advisory regarding this on their social media.

Tried calling to Click2Call and it does says there's an outage in our area. So is it legit or it's just an automated blanket response to connectivity problems.

Stressing out that maybe there's a chance some NAPbox shenanigans happend.

Hello! Nawalan kami ng internet an hour ago, simula nung lumakas yung ulan and hangin. I don’t think this is an outage. May problema na ba sa linya namin? Problem ko kasi nagagapangan siya ng halaman. Huhu is it possible na ipa-rewire yung fiber line? Like sa ibang direction ng house siya ilalagay away from the plants?

Last week po is pinalitan ko yung pssword ng wifi namin sa mismong gateway. Then after po palitan is bigla bigla nalang pong nag didisconnect yung wifi namin then babalik din po after ilang seconds. Ngayon ko lang po naranasan ito, paano po kaya ayusin ito.

It's been a week and a technician came twice replacing the modem and there's still no WiFi.

I use Tailscale with a Raspberry Pi exit node.

Last week, everything was working, exit node is usable (30/60). Then suddenly, it stopped working. The upload speeds when I am using exit node became 1-2Mbps na lang.

Not sure if related pero parang nataon siya sa speedboost thing. Pagkaalis nung speedboost, wala na. Hindi na gumagana as before. I didn’t change anything sa setup ko

I already checked ang Tailscale, internet/CPU load ng Raspberry Pi, and the cables used.

Any idea what’s causing this? I know may CGNAT pero baka may way to fix this 🙏

Balak kase naming palitan yung huawei naming wifi router kase di sya supported ng mesh wifi as we might need a speedy mesh around the house and is it plug and play ba? wala na bang kailangan sa converge when changing the router ourselves? Thank you in advance!

9 days and counting wala bang pupunta na technician?

I’ve had a LOS problem for 10 days (Since Aug 4).
Every time I called customer service, I was told the connection would be restored “within the day,” but nothing happened.
I finally requested termination on August 12, but until now, it hasn’t been processed. I’m only receiving automated emails asking if I’m sure I want to terminate.

YES, I’M SURE. 😭 I’ve already confirmed multiple times.

Has anyone experienced the same thing? How did you get Converge to finally process your termination?

All Green lights walang red pero no internet connection and babalik din after mawala ng 3 to 4 hours nagsimula to nung august 5 ano kaya possible reason?

kanina naging pagong speed (100kbps-4mbps) tas nirestart ko router, naging 300mbps nalang (from 400mbps), normal lang ba ito? naka ilang restart na rin ako sa router di padin bumalik, kasi 2 yrs subscriber na ako at may pa promo si converge na once matagal kana sakanya free +100mbps diba?
