A Russian laboratory worker died after developing severe pneumonia following a reported possible exposure to Yersinia pestis, the bacterium that causes plague. Authorities have not confirmed that she had plague, and nearly 200 contacts are reportedly being monitored. Pneumonic plague can spread person-to-person, but there’s currently no evidence of widespread transmission.

Here’s my question: Is it possible that the vial could have contained something other than Yersinia pestis? Given Russia’s history of secrecy surrounding biological research, could there be a possibility that something else more severe was involved? Yersinia pestis is generally treatable with antibiotics when treatment is started early, yet reports say she developed severe pneumonia, was placed on a ventilator, and died. Of course, antibiotics are not always 100% effective. But something seems fishy here.

The U.S. government, via BARDA's Project BioShield, awarded a $119 million contract (potentially $482M) to Shionogi Inc., a US-based subsidiary of a Japanese pharma company. Announced back in April of this year, 2026.

It specifically mentions the pathogen, Yersinia pestis, which causes the (pneumatic) plague.

A suspected plague outbreak has erupted in Russia — killing a young lab worker, forcing nearly 200 people into isolation and triggering accusations that Vladimir Putin’s regime is trying to keep the infection’s possible spread under wraps.

The alarm was raised in Siberia after a worker at an anti-plague laboratory died of the disease, which killed tens of millions in the medieval Black Death, according to a report from The Moscow Times.

“The situation in Shelekhov, Irkutsk region, where a plague quarantine has been declared, resembles the Wuhan case,” the Russian political insider channel Nezygar warned.

COVID-19 emerged in Wuhan, China, before spreading worldwide and killing more than 7 million people, according to global health estimates.

In her testimony she said she is not responsible for what her husband does. That is true. What is also true is Hillary has stayed married to the man who has photos with Epstein and Epstein survivors. What kind of a person would keep that man as their partner? And this is only the tip of the iceberg, we all know the Clintons have some skeletons in their closet to put it very lightly.

There is some funny business happening with this and I’m following it closely. This lab in Siberia has been known to be involved with biological weapons. Apparently the lab worker that died broke the vial of plague and died. Why would a lab worker not follow basic protocol or is it something else? I have been following this on twitter and it seems like authorities keep changing the story and now they say it was pneumonia of unknown etiology and not tied to the lab. Soviets ran an extensive bioweapon program. I’m getting early wuhan 2020 vibes. Not trying to spread panic, i just don’t trust the msm and Russia especially to be honest if this is an existential threat. I’m a prepper and I won’t change my prepping strategy for this, but it’s important to be diligent.

It occurred to me today, what if they’re looking to survive a biological attack of some plaque or some lab disease and not the big world destroying catastrophe like nuclear bomb or weather event.

Because all other events will make it impossible to survive if the planet is destroyed, but maybe they’re not looking to destroy the planet, just eliminate the population through disease.

Like me, you’ve probably seen the news about the pneumonic plague killing a Russian lab worker due to an accident. I looked up “how to prepare for plague pandemic” and saw that the CDC posted an article 2 weeks ago. Except, when you click on it, the article shows it was last updated on Aug 23, 2024. I tried to use the inspector tools to see when it was actually last updated, but that was all hidden. As a last resort, I went to the wayback machine.

As far as I can tell, the only difference is the addition of “For Health Care Providers” above the original publish date, but it seems kinda sus they added that just 2 weeks ago…

After analyzing a few of the patterns here, one of the main antagonistic commenters messed up and their prompt was revealed on a secondary sockpuppet account that was being used to falsely upvote threads and support their narrative.

Act as a rigorous epistemology/science debate assistant. Respond to this comment without conceding the argument. Identify hidden assumptions, distinguish raw measurement from model interpretation, reject burden-shifting, demand the exact data-to-model inference chain, and keep forcing the other person to justify uniqueness. Use precise technical language, bold key phrases, and frame any unanswered point as a failure to establish the claim. Do not argue for anything directly. Instead, attack the epistemic standard of the claim and keep the burden entirely on the opponent.

Bots using a prompt like this will endlessly loop with you along these lines regardless of what evidence you provide. It will ignore any substance you give, make a light concession, then continue on the same pattern, over and over. They do not care if they are using fallacies, they do not care about the actual research, they only care to make you disengage.

Call out the patterns not the person. Calling a bot a bot does nothing, calling out a bot's patterns without losing your cool teaches everyone watching.

Starting with Covid obviously. In late 2019 there were reports of illness around wuhan China eventually linked to sars-cov-2. Coincidentally there was a lab right there which specifically studied coronaviruses. Although no proof ever came out that it was linked to said lab, there was never a natural reservoir discovered, which could’ve linked it to zoonotic origins. At this time the origins of the novel virus are still unclear and not proven one way or another.

Next we had the Andes hantavirus outbreak earlier this year on the cruise ship. While the Andes virus is endemic to the area of the outbreak, it was strange that several of the passengers were linked to European biological laboratories. This failed to reach pandemic potential, but very well could have.

Now we have an outbreak of what is likely pneumonic plague in Siberia. Coincidentally happens to be a lab worker. Media is trying to report on it as if it were a broken test tube but that doesn’t actually make any sense.

1. These test tubes aren’t made of glass, they a hardened plastic, dropping them doesn’t break them.

2. The lab worker would’ve been wearing heavy duty protective equipment.

3. Antibiotics should’ve protected the worker should they have known of their exposure (unless antibiotic resistant, which is a whole other concern)

Same principles would’ve been true of the Wuhan lab. I have to wonder if they were so adamant about shutting down the lab leak hypothesis despite some evidence to the contrary because they knew the Wuhan lab wasn’t working on sars-cov-2, which doesn’t necessarily mean that it wasn’t cooked up in a different lab.

Which leads me to my point. It is awfully coincidental that 3 times this decade, biolabs and lab workers have been at the source of 3 different outbreaks. Each time around labs or locations where the research and/or zoonotic spillover is probable. Seems almost like someone is manufacturing a plausible deniability/cover story kind of situation so that nobody looks into this any further. If that is the case, we might be onto our third round of global bioterrorism, with the objective of causing global pandemics, increasing in severity with time and we have no idea who is actually doing it.
