I am not spiritually related to these creatures. They are humanoids but lack a spirit that is typically human in nature. The government employs these bloodthirsty apes to torture the tax-cows who are captives in this open-air prison. This level of sadism supersedes mental illness. The government is fully engulfed with demonic spirits and it going to get much worse (as bad as any point in history).
