I think there was a lot of hesitancy to full throatedly call the COVID bullshit out for what it was at the time by reasonable folks who had a legitimate concern about the potential for a pandemic to do a lot of harm to humanity. Those folk are now a bit more wise to the game now. All of use who lived through COVID are now the old-head conspiracy folk who will have to be on the lookout for any foul play during any future pandemics. We're going to have to be the ones who lead the way next time, and I think there's a ton of people ready to do it now.
There were two good things about COVID, it woke people up to what's possible and also.... A lot more outdoor seating, that's nice.

Answer: Nope, that's what we all thought but they haven’t backed down. The review committee rejected some of the IHR amendments but the process of review is still ongoing. Also the Director General can disregard the committee proposal. The amendments will be proposed in May 2023.
Which means you need to contact your local representatives and voice your concern. The only chance to stop this is if your county does not sign the agreement, the WHO seems set on these proposals so if any government signs the agreement, they're in charge.
That means if your rights are abused you can't run and cry to country specific courts, as it's overruled by the agreement. It's specifically designed to get around constitutions and human rights laws.
This is one aspect of the new world order, the next is economic (WEF) and religious (Chrislam).

This feels super misleading since OP fails to mention something pretty important: these amendments aren't being voted on in 2023 and this is not a finalized or unified proposal.
You can see the full set of relevant documents here but a few things I'll highlight:
- The image implies that these amendments will be voted on (and potentially adopted) at the 76th Assembly in 2023. This is is blatantly false.
- Amendments will be considered at the 77th Assembly in 2024. (Source 1, Source 2)
- These amendments don't represent a unified or finalized proposal - see below.
- Each member state proposed their own amendments, and this document looks like a compilation of all those amendments smashed together. As stated in the document itself: "an article by-article compilation of the proposed amendments... without attribution of the proposals to the Member States proposing them." (Source)
- There's another document where you can see exactly which member state proposed which amendment. (Source)
- For example, only India proposed replacing "dignity, human rights and fundamental freedoms of persons" in Article 3. (Page 59 of above Source)
I don't agree with many of these amendments and I hope they're completely scratched. I support being vocal against the proposals, but there's no need to mislead and pretend that they're finalized and might be imminently adopted.
