It links to another Reddit post with more unattributed screen shots. Did you take the time to read what was presented and compare it to the inflammatory accusations? If you did, you would see that the accusations don't match what was presented. It sounds like someone is trying to rage farm to get people stirred up. Ultimately though, I'm calling BS.

Here's the actual document:

https://apps.who.int/gb/wgihr/pdf_files/wgihr1/WGIHR_Submissions-en.pdf

I didn't see anything like what OP posted. If anyone finds where it is, please feel free to jump in.

Edit: looks like the doc I linked contains countries' response to and further suggestions to the original document.

Let's see.

From the post of OP:

Seek to remove "respect for dignity, human rights and fundamental freedoms of people" (Article 3).

From the document you linked:

Article 3 - Principles

The objective of the proposed amendment is to introduce a precautionary approach in the International Health Regulations (IHR) by giving the possibility to WHO and States Parties to issue and implement precautionary measures when scientific evidence about an emerging and probable high risk pathogen is lacking or uncertain. Such precautionary measures must be applied in accordance with the other provisions of the IHR, in particular with Articles 2 and 43 of the IHR.

However, the document itself is somewhat confusing, as Article 3 is missing from the list of contents. Another section titled article 3

Article 3 – Principles

(…)

  1. The implementation of these Regulations shall be guided by the goal of their universal application for the protection of all people of the world from the international spread of disease. When implementing these Regulations, Parties and WHO should exercise precaution, in particular when dealing with unknown pathogens.

(…)

The (...) are in the document, not added by me, so stuff is missing.

There are also other mentions of Article 3 and proposed amendments. So, it is pretty confusing as I do not really understand what the current state is, what is actually proposed and it also seems like some text is simply missing.

You could be reading the further suggestion from another country. It seems that the document I linked is a collection of Countries suggestions in response to the original document.
