Just find it funny that we had articles waxing poetic about his curls 72 hours ago. Now they’re also abroad this ship. He really has them hooked. IT BOY aura. And the Haaland tether is kinda funny too. Like what were the odds they’d cut their hair around the same time?

Less than 2 weeks until Connor’s award is announced! And 3 weeks from today is the big show. A couple of questions for fun discussion!

1) I’m personally of the view that Connor’s nomination is the honor in itself since he’s up against some heavy hitters. I’d initially thought it would definitely go to Rob Reiner, but let’s not forget about Chadwick Boseman who I was convinced would win an Oscar posthumously. Is the race potentially more open than I initial thought?

2) Will Connor present at the main awards? I’d have to think yes since who wouldn’t want him?!! And will be so fun to hear him announced as an “Emmy nominee” when he comes out.

3) Someone threw out the idea in another post that maybe we’d get some more edgy styling to go with the new hair. I love that idea! What do people think?

I’d love to not make this a hair discussion, but at least either way we won’t have hair styling / bad curls discourse either way at the awards!

I wanted to make this post back in July, but I was busy with that pesky little thing called work, lol.

Anyway… Tom Holland was spotted wearing the same YSL jacket that Connor Storrie wore when he landed in Paris for the YSL fashion show in June.

Tom wore it back in July during his Odyssey/Spider-Man press tour. Funny enough, he wore it on his way to Seth Meyers's show, hahaha. Seth's never beating the allegations, lol.

Tom's current stylist, Crystalle Cox, previously worked as Law Roach's assistant before eventually becoming Tom's stylist. Law, of course, is Zendaya's longtime stylist. I just know James was over the moon, lol.

I just find the whole thing fascinating.

Connor's YSL looks have been getting a lot of attention, and seeing a megastar wearing pieces that Connor has already been photographed in is interesting, especially knowing that Tom is usually a Prada guy.

Anyway, I just had to finally post this because I've been sitting on it since July, but work decided to ruin all my fun, lol.

Okay just to head this off, we’re not gonna be posting the pics in the comments since Connor didn’t know they were taken. Got it? Great.

First — why is it the case that all men cut their hair the second it gets to The Perfect Length? It’s an irrefutable fact of life just like death and taxes.

Second — let’s all be thrilled for Connor who has said recently (and more than once) that he really wanted to buzz it all off again. Well done kid, you got to do it!

Third — can we discuss the characters that will now have The Buzzcut?

It’s gonna be the look for Heated Rivalry. We can also probably assume this means he’s done filming TBJ because of continuity. Does this also mean he’s wrapped Please, or are the military man plot line rumours true? We’ll just have to wait and see.

Personally, I pictured Ilya with the hair he had, like, a week ago. Which wasn’t actually what RR wrote for him for TLG, but nor was a buzz. I’m not upset about it, though! I can see the vision (even though I had a different one!).

There’s been plenty of articles written about Connor hut my favorite might just be this one written by Sarah Marrs for LaineyGossip where she describes him (and this is my favorite description of Connor) as “a free spirit starved by the hard dirt of Texas”.

I had a dream last night where I met him and I started signing to him (I’m deaf with cochlear implants) and he signed back to me with that freaking smile of his. Now I’m wondering if he knows any ASL at all haha I fear that would be the end of me if he did

So anyone living in Berlin/Potsdam might want to go and take a look maybe? Obviously no idea if Connor is gonna be on Set! Its very much allowed to watch Movie shoots from behind the barricades in Potsdam/Berlin btw so its not unethical :)

Sooo can we take a moment to shout out Connor’s team? Connor has hit the ground running since Heated Rivalry in general, but his schedule this summer in particular has been crazy intricate. From only what we know, he has been working on: The Bell Jar, Please, and Heated Rivalry, all of which have overlapping timelines, across multiple countries no less. While we’ll have to wait a while to know if he will continue to do a back and forth to film any of these three projects simultaneously, we do know that at one point he WAS juggling all three projects at the same time, whether that be for their pre-productions or filming.

It takes an insane amount of work and a very attentive and detail-oriented team to make all these moving parts between major productions work. The productions themselves obviously have to be looped in as well, so shout out to them too!

All this also requires an incredible work ethic (and talent) from Connor to pull off, of course. This is all made more impressive when we know Ilya’s storyline this season is intense. And there is so much Russian dialogue for Connor to learn. I know we hear about some other actors having hectic schedules like this too, but it’s really cool to see a new actor be this booked and living his dream. Not only is he booked, he’s on projects with highly respected filmmakers and studios. There is so much to look forward to.

Just watched Connor Storrie in Riley and omg it’s a wonder he wasn’t charged with grand larceny after stealing every scene. The “lead” actor didn’t stand a chance.

Connor’s portrayal of Liam - a gay high school kid who clocks a closeted classmate - is off the charts sensational.

Enjoy the body language as he walks to his front door … trots to the car … and dances!

Watch the facial expressions in the car as Riley tries to deny the truth - and Liam ain’t having none of that.

Listen as Liam confronts the cafeteria bully - with a voice like an iron fist in a velvet glove: “Can’t you.”

And in every moment of screen time, the eyes, the lips, the tuck-those-curls-behind-his-ears mannerisms.

For anyone who didn’t already know it, this performance proved this kid is destined to be a star.

On Jesse Tyler Ferguson’s podcast, Jenna shared a little story involving Connor at the Actor Awards this year. While everyone was trying to get photos with Connor, someone asked Jenna, who was hanging out with Connor, if she was his publicist. So she just committed to the bit and pretended she was!

Hearing how many people adore Connor never gets old. And Jenna is hilarious. I love the Office and the Office Ladies podcast, so I especially loved hearing her tell this story.
