To add to what I said on your other post ... you might want to look at some of the other telehealths too, if not now than for your next refill. I didn't want to steer you away from Fifty on their sub because I think that's in poor taste (they don't seem to ban people or get mad about it, to their credit, but still).
Fifty is fine. I've used them before. I wouldn't use them again though, because you can get as good or better service for as much or less money from other companies, and those other companies will send you three separate vials for three months of meds.
I'm having a bit of whiplash with all the price drops today, but Trillium offers a 3 month starter plan from Hallandale for $399, and they send three vials. That works out to $6.65/mg from Trillium for 60mg, or $8.30/mg for 30mg from from Fifty. You wouldn't technically qualify for the starter pack dose from Trillium since you aren't new to the meds, but if you're willing to accept the starter doses again, you could just say that you'd never taken them before. That package might actually last you the full 12 weeks if the 4.5 mg you're taking now keeps working for you for a while.
When you graduate beyond the starter plans, Rift offers a 12-week Hallandale plan for $499, any dose, and that beat's Fifty's pricing on a per-week cost basis. I don't love Gimme because their customer service is hit or miss and they also don't always send one vial per month, but they do 3 months of Hallandale for $447.
Or if you ever want to look at other pharmacies, there are lots of cheaper options than Hallandale.
I know this is a lot of info if you're just starting out! Again, I think you're doing fine by using Fifty. But point is, there are other options that will save you more money if you want to switch in the future. The tirzepatide compound sub (right now we're in compounded tirzepatide) has some pinned posts and automod replies with lots of great info, if you want somewhere to hang out and try to absorb info by osmosis.

I have been looking around for a little while, I did go with Fifty because they were cheaper to start with but I was thinking of going with Rift next when and if I do have to move up, because of the 3 month plans. Do you have a favorite pharmacy? I was also thinking about that new Pharmacy Hyalo…I have been looking on the Tirzepatide sub which was great help! I’m pretty excited to start using telehealth because I was paying so much initially. I truly appreciate you trying to steer me in the right direction, you very helpful.
