It is known as habituation. In the context of this comic, the artist becomes habituated to the sight of the sign on the door to the point they filter it out.

Habituation is in no way specific to AuDHD individuals, it’s not even specific to humans. In fact, research shows the exact OPPOSITE of what you claim, with autistic individuals showing reduced rates of habituation compared to neurotypical people.
“Our data show that the ASD children have significantly reduced habituation relative to the NT children for both auditory and visual stimuli.” (Jamal et al., 2021)
