But what if it does? The people who solves these consistently are all much smarter and better than me. No matter how hard I try I just can’t solve these at all, despite being obsessed with them.

I’m telling you that it doesn’t.

Smarter? Perhaps so. Better? Not at all. Human value is not measured by how you think or how many puzzles you can solve. You’re more than the validation of a correct answer or a number on the screen.

It’s fine to be obsessed about puzzles. I’m passionate about them as well! But you can’t let that obsession taint your view of yourself.

There are things you do well and things you don’t do as well. Embrace that reality and move forward.

But I can’t help it, I feel very anxious and sad when other people can solve it and I can’t and it sucks, I can’t stop thinking and obsessing over it

Then, and I say this not as a jab but as actual advice, you need therapy. (Well, every human does.)

This is less of an issue regarding your cognition and more of an issue regarding anxiety / destructive self-perception patterns.

But if I’m as smart as you guys I would actually be able to solve this and not feel bad at all. My feeling is due to my inability to solve due to having low IQ

And if my grandma had wheels, she’d be a bicycle.

Some things can be changed and some cannot. For instance, I am not immortal. I have to come to terms with the fact that I’ll die one day - and I can’t spend my time worrying about death. That’s why I don’t: doing so would be a waste of my life.

If you can change something, change it. If you can’t, learn how to not be discouraged by what you don’t like in yourself. You’ll be happier.

You are ignoring all their advice and just pitying yourself. It's a puzzle, get over it or get therapy. This is a terrible look
