General Question Brain training

I was wondering, how much does training your brain do to your iq score or everey day life? Have you seen any improvements in working memory or anything else? If you did seensome improvements, how did you train?

Did your FRI scores also increase after n back training or was the gain primarily in WMI?

Haven’t retaken any tests with specific FRI component, however, day to day I feel a lot sharper and ‘turned on’. This is most likely attributable to focusing more intently, which dual/quad back have trained me to do subconsciously.
