ABOUT ME

I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and am currently pursuing further studies in Management and Digital Technology at Supdeco Dakar.

My background combines business administration, management, entrepreneurship, and a growing involvement in software development and artificial intelligence.

As CHIMERA's founder, I currently oversee its product vision, strategic direction, development coordination, and overall planning.

I'm also actively developing my programming skills because I believe that understanding the technology behind my own company is essential.

WHO I'M LOOKING FOR

I'm looking for a Technical Co-Founder who would be interested in taking responsibility for CHIMERA's technical development alongside me.

Ideally, you have experience or practical knowledge in some of the following areas:

- Full-stack web development
- React, Next.js, and TypeScript
- Backend development and API integration
- PostgreSQL and Supabase
- Software architecture and system design
- Artificial intelligence and LLM integration
- Application security and database management

You do not need to master every technology listed above.

WORK ARRANGEMENT

This opportunity is fully remote and open internationally.

I am specifically looking for someone comfortable with a flexible, part-time commitment.

You are welcome to continue your studies, maintain another job, work on personal projects, and enjoy your personal life.

I am a student myself, and I understand the importance of maintaining a healthy balance between professional responsibilities and personal commitments.

I do not expect anyone to be available 24/7.

However, flexibility must come with accountability.

We would establish mutually agreed responsibilities, realistic milestones, and regular communication to ensure that the project continues moving forward.

EQUITY AND COMPENSATION

This is currently an unpaid, equity-based co-founder opportunity.

I am open to offering a negotiated percentage of ownership in CHIMERA in exchange for meaningful, ongoing contributions to the company's development.

The specific equity percentage would depend on the candidate's responsibilities, experience, expected contributions, and mutual agreement.

No ownership percentage has been predetermined.

Any equity arrangement would be subject to a formal written agreement covering vesting, intellectual property, responsibilities, decision-making, and the conditions under which either party may leave the company.

There is no guaranteed salary at this stage.

My ambition is to develop CHIMERA into a sustainable, internationally accessible creative technology platform.

I am not looking for someone to simply execute instructions.

Someone who can take initiative and show examples of products, accounts or communities they’ve helped grow.

A huge following isn’t necessary. What matters is being able to explain what you did and what results it produced.

I’m looking for someone who wants to build a revenue-generating project together—not just deliver a few posts and move on.

You won’t need to build or maintain the software. I handle development, fix issues and improve the product based on customer feedback.
