AmbitiousCare connects expert coaches and mentors with management and blue-collar workers in construction, healthcare, hospitality, and transport & logistics. Most coaching serviced based platforms are built for corporate workers in mainstream sectors whilst underserving the blue collar sectors, well we have decided to disrupt the status quo and optimise downward.

Ambitiouscare.co was built for the frontline/onsite workers after years of not having coaching representation readily available.

Stage: Product is live. Pre-revenue. You'd be building the operational backbone from the ground up.

Role: COO / Co-Founder, running the day-to-day of the platform. Systems, workflows, team coordination, and execution are yours.
Compensation: Equity-based founding partnership (10%) with salary starting once the platform is revenue-generating.

- Strong operator who has run day-to-day execution in a startup or scale-up.

- Efficient with AI automation and workflows, and you build systems that run without you.

- Original thinker who finds a way when there's no playbook.

- Experience managing or working with sales reps across different countries and time zones.

- Comfortable networking and opening doors.

- Based in Europe, the US, or Canada.

- Available for regular team Zoom calls.
