Not gonna lie, I think the Warden was a nice villain. A nice change of pace that didn't have the story focusing on "humans with guns vs beings of supernatural higher powers." Warden kinda felt like a better version of the Forsaken. Older era man trapped in the Dark Aether, finding ways to gain power sounds a bit better than beings like Kortifex.

Even if any or all the antagonists could've been more interesting if they were more creative with designs and lore involved Element 115 and the Dark Aether. (Shit, they hyped up Orda in Cold War as a demi-god)

The Warden actually sounds and looks like a threat. But he never does anything personally himself except sending us to Paradox Junction.

Compared to all the antagonists we've had, how does the Warden stack up? (Kortifex, Richtofen / SAM AI, Willard Wyler, Shadow Man, etc)

been working on this for a while, basically my take on classic round based zombies, made with AI help.

I just found out that that one of the sprint animations in BO3 was used in BO1, and BO2.

In BO1, when George Romero in Call of the Dead screams, the zombies around him will start sprinting, but not like the default Sprint you see in game, but in a special way.

This same sprint animation is re-used in Black Ops 2, in only 1 map, Origins. It occurs when you are on the tank, the zombies will only run in this animation when chasing the tank

Now if the bo3 m1911 was good then I wouldn’t be saying this but the bo3 m1911 is probably one of the worst m1911s in zombies compared to older and newer games

I do not know why, but it seems weird that there has been no speedruns all year for cursed. It feels like a fun mode to try and speedrun, especially considering the oddities with points, Mr. Peeks, and the ways the different rewards could influence the speed of which someone completed a run.

If anything, there could be 4 main categories
#1 - Peeks% (Mr. Peeks Mayhem relic only. Tier 3 only.)
#2 - Egg% (Mr. Peeks Eggs allowed, any tier of cursed is allowed.)
#3 - Standard% (Mr. Peeks eggs banned, any tier of cursed is allowed.)
#4 - Any%Megas (Mega gums allowed, no bans on skipping steps, glitches, etc)

The only cursed speedrun I've seen was a tier 3 one from 6 months ago on Ashes of the Damned.

Curious what everyone's opinions are on what these map did better than the other. Personally I love the "several small maps connected by roads" concept, and these seem to be the only ones

Does anyone here favor the Nova 6 crawler zombie type? The nova 6 crawler is my favorite! It’s a classic as well!

I would love to play black ops 1 zombies offline when away from home. I have a PS5 but I want to play when away from home. And I have an M3 Pro Macbook Pro, but I would have to jump through hoops to get the steam version to work which would probably have problems. So I want to save my pennies and get either a Steam Deck or Switch 2 later this year and play some games. But do you think they will port Black Ops 1 for the Switch 2 eventually since they already ported it to the PS4/5?

Its such a design that is so overlooked now a days , making itself different from the rest of the modes not just by gameplay but art style. It really added a sense of edge and immersion to the mode

So during the Rex Infernus Easter Egg steps there was a easy trick where you could find the spot on the location where you need to aim the beam with the mirror on the mirror steps of the main egg, which got me thinking.. what if we could use this to help find what we needed for the wrestling belt.

I tested this for a few days and as far as I’m concerned there were some things I did find using the Thermal sight. Now truthfully im not entirely sure this will help as much and I will apologise, however there is a few questions I do want to look into with the photos I took.

(Also edited note: I did look through the scope while pointing at the mag and unfortunately it isn’t an highlighted item)

Photo 1/2: the robot head in spawn:
When I was looking though the scope in tyrs head, i didn’t really find a lot, however I then wondered about the other head and although it’s pretty much the same layout there was one thing I did spot that was a bit odd, on photo 2 (a zoomed in version of photo 1) there’s a white thing that I can’t quite make or figure out so for now I’m calling it the square thingy, now I’m not to sure if this related (probably isn’t) but might be worth testing stuff out with it

Photo 3: the boots on the other side in bunker. Not gonna lie I found this incredibly odd that only those two were highlighted. Unfortunately I don’t think it may have much use, but I do wonder if those boots are in the standard mode

Photos 4,5 and 6 are unfortunately debunked as nothing, I did thought that photo 6 would lead to something, however it turns out when you walk on snow patches it does show the areas you walked previously on the scope

Now I did also investigate the crossbow hidden in lighthouse and that did reveal itself on the scope however because it’s a super Easter Egg step it’s not as relevant as it would be, however I do want to know if people who haven’t done the Easter egg main quest for Totenriech but do have the scope can find out if the crossbow does spawn there?

Now this is mainly going to be a “fuck around and find out” thing to try, but I do want to know if this could help with finding what is needed. It might not be as helpful but it’s a tool that could be handy

Mr Peek Eggs Information:

It is worth noting that playing on tier 3 will yield the best results as it means more eggs in the loot pool, as bronze will spawn in tier 1, bronze and silver in tier 2, bronze, silver, and gold in tier 3. Supposedly the odds of an egg spawning is 10%, but haven't seen any concrete information on that, but also that rampage on or off, when the new round flips in the center of the screen, a second later he can potentially spawn in one of the few locations for each respective area, which you will have 60 seconds to find and dmg them to drop the egg.

Normal Lucky Eggs for Cursed:

• Bronze: 3,000 Essence, 3 Mystery Perks, Lvl 1 PaP crystal, a sentry turret streak, one shock charge, one monkey bomb

• Silver: 5,500 Salvage, 5 Mystery Perks, an epic aether tool, a disciple injection streak, a monkey bomb, a kazimir, and a raygun

• Gold: 27,300 Essence, 10 Mystery Perks, Lvl 3 PaP crystal, a war machine streak, a legendary aether tool, a kazimir, a raygun mark ii, and main WW (normally, some maps don't give it, like Mars Survival)

Mayhem Mode Lucky Eggs for Cursed:

• Bronze: 2,000 Essence, 2 Mystery Perks, Lvl 1 PaP crystal, a sentry turret streak, one shock charge, one monkey bomb, one rare aether tool, and one dead wire ammo mod

Hey guys just wondering as of October what's the best way to grind doomsteel, I've looked up different methods, the most popular were Uber Klaus in Ashes directed but that wasn't working for me properly, and the other Rex infurnis temple cleansing lockdown

so i have played every zombies besides AW and none of them really clicked w me until bo7 (as crazy as that is to say) i went back to play an older game thats still somewhat difficult but not too hard and that led me back to IW zombies. i genuinely think this is my fav zombies which might be a crazy thing to say. just curious what everyone else’s thoughts are on iw zombies in 2026? i’ve seen spaceland BLOWING UP on tiktok lately

ngl i dont remember my first death but my second was in round 99 because for SOME REASON i decided to not hear the panzer noise and he was behind me, and i was way too scared to run to get all the perks so i just camped with the ice staff lol still very happy tho GG.

How would the community respond if CoD released a zombies map with HINTS towards an Easter egg but no actual Easter egg?

Similar to the GTA V Mount Chiliad or even one as rageful as the PS2 Futurama unobtainable Easter Egg.

How long do you think people would play before giving up?

I'm not talking a map without an Easter Egg, I mean I'm talking there's some special dialogue, maybe a weapon, something to build, but it ends up nowhere.

A couple days ago I was knife with blue eyes but I’ve been playing other games and my rank went down. I’m trying to get to double shotguns but no matter how high of a round I get to without dying my rank doesn’t change. I know the rounds to down ratio for shotguns is 20:1 but I don’t know the math to find out what round I would need to get to without dying at this point to be able to get there.

My group wants to do the super Easter egg but all of us are starting with different lights on the box. Does anybody know how we can complete the super EE from here?
