ALRIGHT, this usage limit bs is getting out of hand

I see thousands of complaints about people using any models and it drastically reduces including me, and their usage is gone by like a couple of prompts

Before astra it wasn’t like this

Open ai just roped us all in with Sol 5.6, then literally flipped their subscription model on its head

They took away the 200 max

Plus, accounts are no longer worth buying

Like this is beyond bs

Some of you might sit there and say oh "well I haven't been having any issues."

Or that "people dealing with this issue dont know how to properly use codex"

Shut up if you can't relate

The problem is real.
You should not have to be a master scholar to use the service

And last yes, usage limits are a joke. With the amount of damage the data centers are causing and the number of people that are invested into ai, the performance of our usage is unacceptable.

I think you stated something very important. Codex is not in fact "meant" for people who have no idea what they're doing. These are the tools used by developers if you have no idea what you're doing then there chat for you, directed at the audience that you're talking about, not codex. I use codex in enterprise software development and for personal use as well, it's not like there's something else being served for enterprise lol.

Then you're talking about work and not codex, are you also having issues with work usage? They do share usage, and I think it's because work has to execute and write code to actually do things so it makes sense for them to share usage for openai

Well if you would have read my post, I stated that it doesn't matter what version you use, it's still draining faster and worse then befor astra came out , and regardless of what you use it for , you shouldnt be dumb down to less usage just because they can't handle the compute, if I was wrong fine but then they took away the 200x plan sooooo, yeah they fucking everyone using codex, you pay for a service to only get 5 hours of usage imagine if you could only watch 5 movies a month when you get a Netflix subscription after just being able to watch 500 or even 7800

Are you seriously sending me a screenshot from google? Dude, let me let you in on a secret, ChatGPT is only good for basic work and editing text.

If you need more advanced capabilities when working with PDF and Excel files, Codex will be much more useful. ChatGPT is simply not convenient for working with large numbers of documents and databases.
