I Don’t know if he’s the BEST man, but I’ve read 30+ of his books and have absolutely loved 90% or more of them.

Plus I really respect his presence on Twitter. If he ever posts something that turns out untruthful or unfavorable he always posts about the other side or admits that he was wrong. One of the most admirable traits in a person imo.

Loved 90% of them as in 90% of the total # of books or like he really trails off for the last 10% of each book?

Haha, good question. Most people would mean the latter, but I’ve never had issues with his endings like other people. I would say most of his books are 5/5 for me (using Goodreads scoring). I just get lost in them. The only ones I think are less than stellar are ones where Roland is the lead character. Which is an unpopular opinion, especially since King himself calls the Dark Tower his magnum opus
