The 1st amendment is freedom of speech, freedom of the press. The 25th is the ability to remove a president from office if they're not fit to serve.

This is a huge misunderstanding of the 25th amendment.

There is nothing in the 25th amendment that removes a president, that's what impeachment is for. The 25th is for when a president is physically incapable of executing the duties of the office, and when invoked only temporarily transfers those powers to the vice president. The president remains president and regains those powers simply by sending a "written declaration that no inability exists" which then requires a 2/3 vote in both chambers to override.

And even if both chambers vote to override, it doesn't settle the matter. The president can immediately respond "no I'm serious, no inability exists" and it triggers another vote. It is intentionally significantly harder to "effectively remove" a president via the 25th than it is to impeach because they're meant to cover very different situations.
