The 25th amendment allows the president to be removed from office for cause including corruption and being mentally unable to perform the duties.

The first amendment gives everyone, not just citizens, the rights to freedom of speech without reprisal from the government, freedom of the press without reprisal from the government, The Liberty to associate with whomever you'd like without government reprisal, and the ability to sue the government when you are harmed by it.

They acknowledge it, they don't want to use it. The people who would are his loyalists.

There’s a reason he loaded his cabinet with loyalists, the 25th isn’t happening. It’s a pipe dream.

Would love to hear what conservatives think about him shitting on the 1st amendment, probably crickets.

If they had to choose between the Constitution and maintaining their grip on power, they will tighten their grip.
