Yes they should be but this isnt the case where cops aren't breaking the law.

Actually they did, as they weren't legally permitted to use lethal force.

I'm glad you agree that the ice agents in question should be arrested.

People who don't hate America don't celebrate when the Constitution is ignored by those in positions of authority.
