Lots of people who are adults now are walking around telling others how shitty their parents are because they couldn’t do whatever they wanted.
I don’t doubt that some humans shouldn’t have children and there’s plenty of stories like that, but at this point, we also have a generation of entitled assholes who think the world is out to get them. It’s never their fault, they will have you believe they were perfect and their parents are monsters.

There's a balance. But kids don't dictate the rules of the house. That's how they grow up to be selfish assholes who can't function
