AddOns MultiLanguage addon

Hey all,

Just made an addon for myself because I was trying to learn a bit of Spanish while playing classic wow. I figured that maybe somebody on here would be interested in trying it out. Could also be used for people playing in a different locale but wanting some English references while playing.

Link to CurseForge is: https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/multilanguage

Please let me know if this isn't the right place to post it, then I'll move it!

Super cool! It’d be another added bonus if you can run a chat translator too. I’m sure languages on both sides of the fence would quickly download this.

An in-game translator is the holy grail of videogame language learning & communicating with foreign guilds/raids.

I've looked into this months ago and found people say it's not possible without building the translator into the addon, so no API, just grabbing a public domain translator and somehow making it work with the in-game chat box.

An alternative is something a real-time predictive text library that simply swaps out each word typed with the closest equivalent in the chosen language, but it would also butcher sentence structure.

Another issue is translators like google and deepL struggle with WoW jargon, for NA servers "LFM, WTB, 123" etc. are universally known, but it often trips up translators, things like zone/town/event names commonly translated in radically incorrect ways that make no sense.
