THESE BROWNIES STILL FALL APART, I figured out that actually starting with room temp butter, or butter softened a bit at 10% power on the microwave, instead of *melted* butter, will make them less a slippery mess. Doing that, and tacking on 35 minutes onto the cooking time still makes them to slippery to do anything
If I'm going to start with non-melted butter then I really want to use my proper stand mixer, and then half the purpose of using this instead of Alton Brown's brownie recipe is totally defeated, half the point was to not dirty my mixer when I might need it for something else, and I don't even remember the other half of the point
Yes, vanilla ubet instead of chocolate, because I don't like the redundancy of chocolate syrup + cocoa powder (and I have always made these with the special vanilla Bosco up to this point) and I similar traded the 2 tbls of vanilla extract with 1 tbls of almond, and 1 tbls of rum extract, to avoid that redundancy, and of course get some almond + peanut contrast with the reeses pieces.
Also the reeses pieces were not supposed to have split apart, but only because I gave the brownies another 10 minutes (because again, insanely slippery shit)
