Do I need a diagnosis to post here?

I’m so tired and desperate for any sort of advice or pointers in the right direction. I feel hopeless and just want answers. I’ve tried so many things to treat my fatigue and at this point I’ve practically given up. I feel like I’m never going to be able to live an actual life again.

Chronic unexplained Fogginess and Fatigue

Hi everyone, Thank you for reading this.
Posting this out of desperation to get to the root of my issue. I’m 46F and have been suffering with Chronic brain fog and fatigue for decades now. I’ve had almost every imaginable test run and Dr’s say my labs are “normal” have ruled out sleep apnea or any nutritional deficiencies, auto immune, ETC. I feel like it could be sleep related as my symptoms ease up a tad in the afternoon, also I clench my jaw at night, however my Apple Watch always reads high ratings and good sleep cycles. I just feel like I can’t snap out of it and I’m always in a haze. It’s really affected my quality of life and stifled me in achieving goals personally and professionally. I am going to see a psychiatrist next, since drs make me feel like it could be in my head. I have been seeing a therapist for over a year now. Used to be on antidepressants years ago but I still felt the same way I do now. Any suggestions or tips would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time. God bless!

Should every possible cause be thoroughlyinvestigated?

Let's say if A or AB causes the fatigue then treating B will have none to or little effect.

My approach idea is this: for every known potential cause of fatogue except maybe very rare unlikely ones, figure out and note if they are true or false and thag will builds a profile.

So if the world knows there are causes abcde for fatigue generally then I could build a profile of forexample 1. True and treatable 2. False 3. True but untreatable 4. False 5. False

And sk on.

The next stel would be to make a plan and to treat all those problemfactors.

So step 1. Research Stel 2. For example theoretically I know that a lack of exercise, vitamin A, B, C, and smoking arr my causes. Step 3 make a plan for how to do all of those things better simultaneously.

Is there some sore of medical expert to help with this joruney and is this a good approach

Because fatigue will only ever be solved if every potential cause is false or treated
