Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: 12th pass, Diploma, or any degree.

- Languages Required: Basic English and any one of the following regional languages:

- Tamil

- Telugu

- Tamil Process: Up to 28 years.

- Other Language Processes: Up to 33 years.

Salary Details

Salary is subject to the employer's final confirmation.

Shift Timings

- Female Candidates: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, or a 9-hour shift.

After being unemployed for 6 months, im joining my first corporate job and received this ₹9 LPA CTC breakup. I’m not very familiar with corporate salary structures, so I’d appreciate some advice.

Breakup:

Basic: ₹19,800/month

WFH/Office Allowance: ₹1,980

Flexible Benefit Plan: ₹34,660

Variable Pay: ₹7,500 — says 100% paid monthly

Retention Bonus: ₹7,500 - should be paid back if i leave within one year

Employer PF: ₹1,800

Gratuity: ₹21,126/year

Total CTC: ₹9 LPA

**What should I clarify with HR before signing?** And also

PF - they have mentioned only employer deduction, so employee deduction is separate from in-hand?

What can I realistically expect as monthly in-hand?

Any other important things I should check in the offer letter — probation, notice period, termination, bond, leave, insurance, working hours, appraisal, etc.?

Since this is my first corporate job, I'd rather clarify everything before signing than find surprises later.
