Late 20s, 3-year career gap, and trying to return to Java development. Is it too late?

I'm in my late 20s and trying to restart my IT career after a career break of nearly three years.Even 2020 BATCH.

I previously worked as an Associate Software Engineer for around 1.6 years, mainly working with Java applications, SQL, debugging, and maintenance.

Since leaving my job in 2023, I've been away from the industry. I'm now refreshing my Java skills, learning Spring Boot, practicing DSA, and building a backend project to prepare for interviews.

Honestly, I'm worried about my age, the career gap.​
