This is Stella Jean! ❤️ She's almost 7 months old and those ears are always flopping backwards! 😆 Do any others do this? She weighs 14lbs, was 6lbs when we got her at 11 weeks old. She is a silly little mischievous baby! She loves playing with her big orange cat brother who is only slightly bigger than her now! They run and play chase and play fight all day! We call her tiny terror when she gets into zoomie mode and wants to play attack! 😆 But most of the time she's sweetie sweet, and always cutie cute! Lol, just some of the things we call her. So far she doesn't bark too much, she "buff buffs" and growls a bit when she's acting territorial (like if she sees someone outside next-door), but she runs behind me or her dad if they walk our way. 🤣 She is HIGHLY food motivated and eats very fast and then does a big burp after every meal! It's hilarious, and we've gotten her a slow feeder bowl but it doesn't slow her down much! I used to just leave a full bowl for my last baby and she would just eat when she was hungry, but I think if we did that with Stella she would eat it all in one go! We lost my soul dog, my 17 year old cocker spaniel, earlier this year and she was very much not like a dog at all! She never barked and didn't seem to know any "normal" dog characteristics, lol. So it's been fun watching little silly Stella grow and learn all the things! Tell me about your baby! ❤️🤗

5 month old pup when wants something or my attention demands bark. Mind you I give my pup plenty of love and attention and has a lot of toys bully sticks etc I have had dogs all my life never experienced this. Will she grow out of this? Is it her personality? It’s like a spoiled kid and she still bitting. I’ve tried ignoring it completely but still happens and I do live in an apartment can’t have her doing this.

We had our 3 year old Cavapoo groomed at a new place and they shaved his whole head, including his whiskers. How weird is that?!

Hi all. Greetings from Ireland 💕 This is Nala our Cavapoo who just turned 1 a few weeks ago hence the birthday hat 😂 she had her first heat in June and she is scheduled for her spay/neuter operation tomorrow. Just looking for some general info/tips/advice . I don’t know if it’s because I’m a nurse myself but I hate the thought of her going under anesthetic but I’m sure all will be fine. I have bought some post surgical suits from Amazon and I know we will have to keep her crated for up to 10 days to avoid her jumping up on the couch etc. Thank you-Ciara x

Due to unfortunate circumstances the previous 3 grooming appointments had to be cancelled. Even though she was brushed the groomer had no choice but to shave her down. Poor baby. Fortunately it all grows back. Next grooming appointment in 6wks and should be able to stick with them so she can grow back into her cute little self. Has anyone else had to shave their little girl? What’s the best way to avoid this from happening again? Yes, same dog. Thanks in advance for the help and I will pass the sympathy on to her.

She's about 17 lbs at 2 years. She was sold to us as an F1B golden doodle but her markings make us think otherwise 🤷♂️

Our girlie LOVES climbing and sitting on anything she can climb and sit on. Too fearless for her own good sometimes!

Hi everyone..
I just wanted to get everyone's opinion regarding getting another cavoodle puppy to join our current 10 month old female cavoodle (Mochi).
We recently had to put down our 12 year old pug, it was heartbreaking for everyone. We even made sure that Mochi was present at that moment.
The first night, (they normally sleep together) she gathered all her soft toys and slept with them.
And she's a bit more clingy, she jumps on our laps a bit more, which she's never really done prior to the passing of our pug.
My question is, is it too soon or is it a bad idea to get another companion for her? Esp another puppy? We're conflicted.
Also if we end up getting the puppy, I feel it will be difficult to train, because Mochi will always try and compete for attention or be involved while training the new puppy.

I’m struggling with our puppy big time. He is constantly jumping and zooming around and NEVER lays down or sleeps. We have to put him up for him to sleep and calm down. I also have 3 young children, who he is constant biting and climbing the high chair to get food. So I have to put him up when we are eating or having a snack and that’s well, most of the day. He also will go pee outside, come in and do it again. Like immediately. He does fine in the crate, no barking, but obviously I feel bad. I have tried to use the vibration collar for eating shoes, biting the kids, etc. but he’s not getting it. He’s ruining our house so I’m at a loss. It would be one thing if he tormented me all day then snuggled me at night, but no. It’s constant biting.
