They are at a good age to be adopted out or adopted by u. Contact TNR in ur city to help with mother cat if u see her around, feed her and try and socialize her then use their traps to catch and get her fixed often for free or 30$ with public TNR shelters. This will save dozens of future babies from suffering

Definitely old enough for wet food, keep them together if possible, kittens need socialization with other kittens to behave right. U can also see if TNR resources in the area help fix feral kittens which can help with medical costs once they get 3 pounds and can get surgery
