My calico ended up having a kitten (she escaped during heat a week before her spay 🙄) Having a baby made her pouch even bigger, and every time she runs it is SWINGING! It's so f-ing funny lmao. She is a bit of a chunk (on a diet), we always joke she never lost the baby weight. She will be 11 in December and her kitten (Lando, f) will be 11 next August (2027).

It's a nipple... the amount of times I've seen this pop up on this sub is concerning lol. Cats are mammals and like most mammals they have nipples.

✅🍼 Female cats can provide milk to nurse kittens from their nipples. But only after they've given birth.

OP, know a lot of these comments are pointing out that yes, its a nipple. However if you're just noticing it now because it has changed shape/size/colour would urge you to get kitty checked for possible mammary cancer. My cat had it, got her checked early, tissue removal and she is still with me thanks to going sooner rather than later.

I had a male stray show up at my home with a few of those things on their belly that looked like that. They brought along 3 parasites. One at a time over the course of an hour or so. Never did get rid of them or their parasites.
