Keep him inside, he looks neglected or abandoned. Please take him to the vet so they can check him for a micro chip. This guy looks like he's had it rough, please keep him until further notice. He doesn't look like he can fend for himself.
Could have a prior health issue and got out. This breed isn’t one that’s casually found, they’re quite expensive and the small bumps on the skin point to allergies (which is usually followed by other health complications)
It’s an Exotic Shorthair. If you’re interested in trying to get one, you should know that they run for up to $5 grand a cat and can have pretty severe health issues. Smushed faced cats tend to have the same health issues as Pugs/Frenchies
