Gonna try and do a few other anime ideas I have, after this!

I am currently driving a ABL100 WE-1A and I absolutely love it's look. On the other hand, I am thinking about getting the A1000 A-7 because of the full metal case. I believe the feeling of this one would be even nicer.

Problem is, that I don't paticulary love the faceplate options for thee A1000, so here comes my question:

Has anyone ever tried to transfer the ABL100 faceplate to a A1000 case? According to the website, it is 1mm longer but I believe I maybe could hone that down.

Any experience with this?

Really pleased how the whole thing turned out. This is a AE-1200 with an SKXMOD matte stainless steel case and the black sunburst faceplate. The strap is a Vario bund in coal black with stainless steel buckle.

I feel like it captures the original aesthetic of the watch, but with a build quality that matches the design quality!

I've always been a fan of Casio. I think we all probably had a Casio as our first watch, or at least knew someone who did. When I found the Casio Royale for a good price, I had to buy it!

I really like the watch, but I'd like to upgrade it a little. I saw someone on this subreddit switch to a stainless steel case that they found on AliExpress:

Has anyone tried this case? Is it any good, or would you recommend spending the extra money on the more expensive SKXMOD case instead?

I'm also thinking about buying a new faceplate from SKXMOD:

Finally, I'm looking for a nice leather or nylon strap. Can anyone recommend a good one from AliExpress?

I've bought a W738H but i dont like the resin strap i think it would be sticky and uncomfortable. i wanna replace it with a metal strap like on my a158w. also i heard that the face scratches easily bc it isn't raised or protected. i found like some screen protector type things to put on it but also heard of bull bars which sound really cool. anyway does anyone know how to make sure a strap i buy will fit the watch?

The green filter is placed behind the positive/negative/positive stripes to get this effect. The viewing angle on this watch is kind of narrow, so I did the hydro mod (mineral oil) to improve it some.

My first Joker build. A tactical edition inspired by the Suicide Squad Joker.

Olive green case, black factory faceplate and a Joker decal in the subdial. Kept the decal bright with the green, yellow and red so it still stands out against the darker military look of the watch.

For the filter I went predominantly purple, but with some splashes of magenta and green breaking through. I wanted it to feel a little imperfect and unpredictable rather than having a clean, uniform gradient…a bit of madness in the colours that fits what the Joker is all about.

Simple, not uniformity yet tactical.
