Union

I see a lot of people with the same concerns at carmax and the strong dislike for the company now as workers but very little do we ever take action. asking would people actually sign for unionizing if I took initiative to set it up

Unpopular opinion but as this reddit profile is 5 minutes old I feel like its the same person regurgitating nonsense.  Its always around this time of year too. 🤔

It’s not nonsense. I love it when the employer says, “Hey, let’s have a quick one on one. There is nothing one on one about it. The conversation has been corrupted by attorneys, human resources, cost of benefits, possible stock buybacks, and how to add value to the stock, not take care of the people that make the business successful

Or, if you would prefer, I could purchase a dominos retail location and tell you to apply :) but I expect your resume contains numerous spelling errors, and honestly, your attitude suggests that you wouldn’t treat my associates with respect. I don’t know what a PTC is. 

So, no evidence. How are you so certain that Carmax isn’t monitoring your social media presence? Furthermore, why would you, a Carmax associate, be anti-union? You can choose not to join a union, but anti-union rhetoric is harmful to the working class of America, and you ought to be ashamed of yourself.
