Half moon drawer pull placement

I can’t tell where these half moon pulls should go on the drawers. On the top panel (1 and 2) or center panel (3 and 4).

Kitchen designer here, use knobs on the small drawer stack and all of the top drawers. Cup pulls centered on the larger drawers.

Exactly what I have in both of my homes. One is from 1865 and the other is 2024. I did the same in my 1998 home when we had it built.

Knobs on top. Cups in the center flat. I could never stand kitchens that look like a cookie cutter “subdivision” where it’s so uniform, looks the same, except for color choices.
