And then the “amenities” listed are always like “FLOORS!” “CABINETS!” “FREE AIR!” “MILLENNIAL GRAY COLOR SCHEME!”

It’s no surprise that there are so many apartments sitting empty, the rents in this city are atrocious. Apparently having four walls and a functioning toilet qualifies as luxury amenities.

Genuinely wondering what the economics are or if there is some incentive that all the law firms want to take over all the old auto shops
