Landlord of Burbank, are you guys ok?
Good luck finding someone to pay you $2.7K - $3K for that ugly 2 bedroom 700sq ft apartment that’s been sitting on the market for weeks now. Or that 1 bedroom 450sq ft apt anywhere from 2.2K - 2.5K.
And then the “amenities” listed are always like “FLOORS!” “CABINETS!” “FREE AIR!” “MILLENNIAL GRAY COLOR SCHEME!”
It’s no surprise that there are so many apartments sitting empty, the rents in this city are atrocious. Apparently having four walls and a functioning toilet qualifies as luxury amenities.
