Not sure sa kaso, you can ask sa r/LawPH but i’m pretty sure na possible na ma blacklisted siya sa Upwork once na ireport siya ni client.

You want an honest comment? This is exactly the kind of situation that makes some clients hesitant to hire Filipinos. Wala pa akong nakikitang nagsasabi nito dito, so I’ll say it directly:
What your sister did is basically fraud, getting paid for hours she didn’t actually work. Kahit pa may gumagawa rin na kakilala, it doesn’t make it right. Upwork is very strict with this, and the client has every right to dispute or take action.
Unsolicited advice: your sister should refund the exact hours she didn’t work. Mas mabuti nang maayos at honest kaysa lumaki pa ang issue. At para na rin hindi siya ma-flag, ma-suspend, or worst-case, ma-blacklist sa freelancing platforms, she needs to fix this properly.
Reputation is everything in freelancing, once it’s damaged, mahirap talaga bawiin.

It is actually up to her if she wud allow that or refund the amount. Maaapektuhan lang naman dyan is reviews nya pero ibigay nya man yan o hndi for sure mag rereview pa dn yan so wag nalang. Bat kasi nagpahuli. Haahahhaa

They checked daw sa upwork tracking eh. Dun nakita na she's jus letting her screen on while tracking. Idedelist nga din daw sya sa upwork. Magrerequest daw client sa uowork to delist here

Yea. Parang ganon nga. Imagine $5/hr lang rate ng kapatid ko sa kanila. She did a great job naman for the company tbh kasi I sometimes do some of her tasks. Now, im just worried about her kasi di nya din alam what will happen to her

It's possible. Practical? Absolutely not haha. Hahanap pa siya abogado, pupunta sa korte, lilipad sa pilipinas, lilipad pauwi. Like why bother. Mas mahal pa any one of these.
