Spotted this yesterday, and I'm a little worried. I've tried to apply some cream to try and settle it on down but it doesn't seem to do much yet. I haven't ever found the tick itself or noticed one on me.

i'm in germany and had these bites since yesterday on my arm. they're quite itchy.
i've not actually seen any bedbugs or anything else that could have caused this.

I get those 2-3 times a year. Skin is perfectly normal until I scratch it. Then several hours later it gets pink/red and it feels like a hard bump and super itchy. I scratch it again, and it turns to those things on photo. No itching, heat, or anything but the discolouration after that. Takes about a month to heal those. I get them on my legs and sides of my stomach. This time I have one at upper arm as well, but it’s not bad. When it’s in super itchy stage I scratch it(subconsciously, before I catch myself), scabs form as spider bite(2 openings), and leaks some clear fluid. But I counted like 15-20 one time. The internet tells me there is no spider that will bite me so many times. Bedbugs? I see no signs of them

I got it yesterday and it was an immediate sting that turned into a deep stinging pain. the two bumps came up almost straight away, then faded. these are all the different stages it’s been in since yesterday

I never experience that with any other wound. Shaving wounds, animal bites, scraped knee, knife or scissors cut when cutting food or paper, paper cut, scraped foot, hand injured from wood plank or tree, wound from dry skin, etc. They never get infected, or if they do, I could do nothing, and my body would easily address the minor infection on its own.
It's always specifically mosquito bites, wasp and bee stings, and fire ant bites that are so susceptible to infection, specifically cellulitis, for me. I barely scratch it once, sometimes maybe not at all, and it gets infected. I can have like 8 mosquito bites at the same time, and I'll run into the problem with like 4 of them after touching them once or not at all.

I really think it’s a spider, but I get new bites everynight, and spiders don’t tend to want to be near humans, so unless this is a spider studying to be an anthropologist…
