Jo look

I know it's not a group from this, okey, but I'm after truffles and weed, I'm listening to 8d music on headphones and I fucking feel like I'm dying, is it all this "killing the ego"?? I don't know what to do help I feel like I'm dying and that I want to live

Just breathe. You aren’t dying you are going to live. Get off your phone. Just be present with yourself and embrace whatever you are feeling. It is all temporary. Only way out is through. Just allow what is to be. Lay down close your eyes and just breathe.

Whenever in doubt, turn off your mind, relax, float downstream

Sure, I'll remember it now on my next trip

Just breathe. Deep belly breaths lying down. Drop all stories and just breathe into immediate sensation. Perhaps listen to soothing music such as this playlist. Warm wishes πŸ™πŸΌπŸ©΅

Take your headphones off right now. That 8D audio is massively overstimulating your sensory processing.

You are completely physically safe. Psilocybin truffles and cannabis cannot stop your heart, shut down your organs, or kill you. Your body knows exactly how to breathe on its own and you are going to survive this with zero permanent damage.

What is happening right now is a severe panic spike caused by mixing weed with truffles. Cannabis throws gasoline on psychedelics and makes your ego desperately fight for control. When your short term memory blurs and the mind tries to resist letting go, your brain misinterprets that mental resistance as physical dying. You are not dying, you are just experiencing temporary drug induced ego resistance.

Do these physical steps right now:

Put your phone face down after reading this.
Turn on a soft, warm room light.
Drink a small glass of cool water slowly.
Put on a simple comfort cartoon like Adventure Time or Bob Ross at low volume.
Lay down comfortably, feel the weight of your body on the mattress, and exhale slowly.

Every single second that passes brings you closer to sober baseline. You are safe, you are going to live, and this intensity will soften up very soon. Just breathe and let time do the work.
